Now you know damn well you want you some real cheese on your nachos, don’t you?

Can someone please explain to me why it is in 2017 that it’s almost impossible to get halfway decent nachos anymore? Every time I find myself with the urge for one of life’s simplest, yet tastiest pleasures, I’m faced with the horror of complete and utter nacho incompetence.

You would think something so easy to make would be so easy to find. But, alas, ‘tis not the case. If you’re a hardcore nacho fan like me, you know exactly what I mean. Everyone knows that great nachos have all of the following: Nacho Chips, Meat, Tomatoes, Sour Cream, Cilantro, Sour Cream, Guacamole (if you’re into that sorta thing) and last, but certainly not least, Cheese.

Now, I ask you, what’s the ONE THING on this list of delectable and mandatory ingredients that is missing from just about every order of nachos you order these days? If you guessed cheese, you guessed right.

And FYI, cheese sauce is NOT cheese.

I don’t know what the hell you restaurateurs are thinking these days, but could you pretty please get your shit together? I’m starting to think this is some kind of New World Order conspiracy between cheese sauce nacho chefs and sushi chefs who use imitation crab meat in their dishes.
