If there’s one thing I’ve learned in life is that you have to play as hard as you work. Sure, a good work ethic is a must if you want to get ahead in life. The thing is, having a good play ethic is equally, if not more than important than the latter. Playing hard is the yin to your working hard yang. It’s the best way to balance all that nosing to the grindstone you’re doing week in and week out and it’s really the most accessible way to maintain your sanity. Plus, because it will greatly improve your disposition, and as such it makes it far less likely that everyone you know will secretly think you’re an insufferable douche.
