Mansome, ain’t he?
There is no shame in tooting your own horn. You have to look out for your own best interest and part of that is making sure that you are not shy about promoting yourself based on your talent and ability. You are your own best advocate to get from where you are, to where you want to be. And you sure as hell are not going to get there by sitting on your hands with your thumbs up your ass. No one can do a better job of ensuring that you command the respect you deserve, than you. Just be sure that you’re being proactive, not pro asshole. Nobody wants that.
