Live sports are great. If you’re into that sorta thing.
If you’re one of those guys who turns his nose up when someone says they tape games to watch them later instead of watching them live, you’re not a sports purist, you’re an idiot. Unless, of course, you enjoy watching shitty commercials or having sports suck your entire weekend into a black hole of no return. The only time you shouldn’t tape games is when you’re seeing the game live and in person, because watching sports after the fact (with the possible exception of championship contests like the Super Bowl) is the smartest, most time efficient way to watch games – if you have a life.
